این رویداد تحت حمایت انجمن صنایع ماشین آلات پلاستیک نینگبو (قطب صنعت پلاستیک چین) برگزار می گردد

از آنجا که تنها حضور 15 شرکت از ایران در این نشست ها مجاز است، پس از بررسی اطلاعات متقاضیانی که ثبت نام نموده اند، 15 متقاضی جهت این نشست ها به برگزار کننده معرفی خواهند شد.
